Payments

PAYMENT OPTIONS ... we accept PayPal - American Express - Visa - MasterCard - Company check - money orders.  We do not charge your credit card until your order ships.  There will be an added Service Charge of 1.8% on Foreign Credit Card orders (this is the charge that the Credit Card Companies charge us for processing a Foreign Order)

OPEN ACCOUNTS ... Schools, Hospitals and Government Agencies can mail or fax an authorized purchase order for immediate net 30 terms acceptance.  Open account status is granted to other firms upon credit approval.

SHIPPING ... We ship via UPS ground service whenever possible.  If you would like to review your shipping charges prior to billing, simply let us know when placing your order.  Provide us with a phone, fax or email address and we'll forward a quote for your approval

FOREIGN ORDERS ... All Foreign orders (orders either shipped or ordered from any Country other than the United States) are payable by Wire Transfer to our Bank before the item is shipped - we do not accept Foreign orders on any other terms.  Please contact us ( sales@markviii.com ) for Bank details and shipping/insurance charges.

Terms of Use

PRICES ... Mark VIII Technology strives to provide the lowest possible prices.  Pricing is current as of the posting of this website and is subject to change due to market conditions, product  discontinuations, manufacturers price changes or other circumstances.  Call a sales representative or check this website for today's prices.  Prices are payable in US dollars.  In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Mark VIII Technology, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.  Mark VIII Technology reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed on mis-priced items whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.  If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Mark VIII Technology shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. 

PRODUCTS ... Although every attempt is made to ensure fair and accurate representation of products, products are subject to change without notice.

WARRANTY for New products ... Product warranties on new equipment, if any, are provided by the Manufacturer of the Products.  Mark VIII Technology, Inc. makes no warranties whatsoever.  Mark VIII Technology, Inc.’s sole obligation (and Purchaser’s sole remedy) in the event of breach of any warranty shall be the repair or replacement of defective Products.  IN NO EVENT SHALL Mark VIII Technology, Inc. BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE ALLEGED TO HAVE RESULTED FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY.  Mark VIII Technology, Inc. DOES NOT WARRANT THE MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS OR THEIR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  Mark VIII Technology, Inc.
